Thank you for shopping with www.artbyscottspencer.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds.
2. Your Rights
Online Purchases: You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must notify us within this period, and you then have another 14 days to return the items to us.
Faulty or Misdescribed Items: You can return items that are faulty or not as described. We will cover the cost of return shipping for these items.
3. Conditions for Return
All returned items must be in the same condition as they were received.
Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
Commissioned portraits are not eligble for refunds or returns
4. How to Make a Return
To start a return, please either contact us using our “Contact Me” page here or by emailing artbyscottspencer@gmail.com
Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Package the item securely and send it to the address provided in the return/refund confirmation email.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please specify the new item you want. We will send the new item after we receive the original product.
Store Credit: We may alternatively offer store credit which can be used against the purchase of other products and/or services available via www.artbyscottspencer.com
6. Return Shipping Costs
For faulty or misdescribed items: We will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us for a pre-paid shipping label.
For items you simply change your mind about (online purchases): You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
7. Exceptions
Commissioned and personalised artworks are not eligible for returns or refunds due to the product being tailored specifically for the client’s requirements
